If you are facing foreclosure, give us a call. We will consider intervening between you and your lien holders to construct a workable financial solution for all involved. Selling an imminent foreclosure to us can save your credit, get the mortgage holder out of the picture and give us a property to work with for future income (rent or to sell at a bargain). We buy, renovate and sell homes. Each ends up a quality project, done with the precision of a craftsman. The homes will then be made available at a bargain -- below market. Our projects offer affordable deals and also help to beautify neighborhoods which may have fallen into neglect.

Quality and Pride!! This is a family-owned and operated business. The renovations are completed almost entirely by ourselves. The family possesses considerable and broad skill in the construction and renovation field. Very little is farmed out to sub-contractors, thereby guaranteeing quality in the finished home. We never operate more than a few projects at a time, so again quality is maintained; shoddy workmanship is not accepted, and we don't hire illegal aliens -- ever!
