A family-run business, AmeriPride is owned and directed by CEO Mary E. Gooby. She brings great experience as a Real Estate Agent and Title Agent to APHI. While running AmeriPride, she currently serves as a Vice-President in a large national Title Company.
Other family members are engaged with Construction and rehabbing homes, Property Management in the rental business, and locating suitable properties. We have many years, and even decades of experience, in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, roofing, siding, landscaping and even have a retired Municipal Building Inspector with us. Other business skills and degrees include marketing, finance, project management, communications and graphic design. Most all work is done by us.
